Texas Pinball Festival Returns to Frisco March 20-22

Over 400 vintage and modern pinball machines come to the Embassy Suites for three days of free-play arcade action, tournaments, and a special Tech Day Party.

Rows of classic arcade and pinball machines with bright neon lights

Mark your calendars, Frisco. The award-winning Texas Pinball Festival is rolling back into town March 20-22 at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Frisco Conference Center, and this year’s lineup is bigger than ever.

Over 400 Machines Set to Free Play

The festival floor will feature more than 400 vintage and modern pinball machines alongside classic arcade games — all set to free play. That means unlimited games for the price of admission, from rare 1970s electro-mechanical tables to the latest Stern releases.

Whether you’re a seasoned wizard who can keep a multiball going for twenty minutes or someone who just wants to flip some bumpers with the kids, there’s a machine waiting for you.

Tech Day Kicks Things Off Early

New this year is a special Tech Day Party on Wednesday, March 18, featuring seminars on pinball repair and restoration, plus live performances by pinball-related musicians. It’s a deep-dive day for the serious collectors and tinkerers in the community before the main festival opens to everyone.

Tournaments for All Skill Levels

Competitive players will find plenty of action with organized tournaments running throughout the weekend. Categories range from beginner-friendly brackets to high-stakes championship rounds. Past festivals have drawn competitors from across the country, and this year is expected to be the most competitive yet.

A Weekend for the Whole Family

The Texas Pinball Festival has always been a family-friendly affair. Kids love the sensory experience of a room full of flashing machines, and many of the classic games are perfect for younger players learning the basics. Food vendors will be on-site, and the Embassy Suites location means you can book a room steps from the action.

Tickets are available online and at the door. Plan to spend at least half a day — once you start playing, it’s hard to walk away.
